About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Collections and Loss Management Expert to join our team.
As a key member of our operations leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing money transfer operations for Western Union's Global Digital Collections & Payments infrastructure.
You will work closely with various departments, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain best-in-class digital collections & payments systems and resolve incidents.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Delivering Best-in-Class Operational Execution
- Oversight of New Product/Market Launches
- Leading Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews with Stakeholders
- Maintaining Relevant Tools & Systems
- Ensuring Timely, Accurate, and Complete Reporting
- Continuous Improvement, Optimization & Automation Initiatives
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least 1-2 years of working experience within digital payments and/or cards-related areas. You should also have experience in digital payments e-commerce roles, preferably as a merchant, as well as experience managing chargebacks and digital collections processes.
