- Familiarity with batch scheduling, JCL language, TSO, and ISPF interfaces as well as file transfer and report archival concepts and practices\
- Understanding of LPARs, z/OS, z/TPF, z/VM technologies and TWS/z\
- SFTP and NDM Transmission Protocols experience\
- A sound history of building good teamwork with customers and strong customer focus\
- Confidence and previous experience of representing the needs of their group and presenting to Senior Management\
- Capability to absorb and understand technical information and demonstrates good judgment and 'business sense' in choosing alternatives and making final decisions\
- Excellent customer and team management skills\
- Ability to influence the decision of Senior Management to deliver improved services for our customers\
- Knowledgeable of Lean Six Sigma or Citi Lean Methodology\
- Desire to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment\
- Experience in working with a large-scale data processing environments\
- Experience of interacting with a wide range of teams and individuals at various levels\
- Experience in interacting with Third Party Vendors\
