Work Order Management Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Work Order Coordinator who will work with our customers to join JLL. As a key member of our team, you will assist with the coordination, communication, and management of Work Orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and process work orders from initiation to completion, ensuring timely completion and tracking progress.
- Coordinate with different departments, vendors, and contractors to facilitate the execution of work orders with the on-site Facilities Management Team.
- Act as a point of contact for all work order-related queries, communicating effectively with stakeholders like team members, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of all work orders, including their status, expenses, and completion dates.
- Address issues and delays in work order completion, implementing solutions to prevent similar challenges in the future.
- Monitor and report on the status of work orders, providing regular updates to the facilities management team.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience with work orders, ticketing systems, or similar.
- Advanced English level.
