Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist within the Technology Lifecycle Services Business Unit, you will work with delivery leaders and key decision makers to solve business problems by preparing, analyzing, and understanding data to deliver insight, predict emerging trends, and provide recommendations to optimize results.
This includes development of data pipelines, coding scalable ML projects and communication of key concepts.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Additionally, preferred skills include experience with data engineering technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases; familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and Service Cloud; familiarity with big data analytics tools such as Apache Spark or Hadoop; experience using machine learning algorithms like decision trees, random forests, clustering, support vector machines (SVM), and neural networks; understanding of statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis, time series forecasting, A/B testing methodologies, and hypothesis testing.
