Objetivo del Puesto:
Generar y conducir la mejora continua de la Calidad, gestionar todas las actividades requeridas para facilitar el cumplimiento de los productos, procesos y servicios con los Estándares de Calidad Corporativos, de acuerdo con las regulaciones y las expectativas del cliente.
Es responsable de coordinar de forma segura y efectiva las operaciones de calidad.
Planifica y garantiza el complimiento del presupuesto del departamento.
**_ Tus responsabilidades:_**

Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

- Elaborar y comunicar el Plan Estratégico de Calidad y los objetivos anuales alineados con estrategia comercial y del sitio.
Gestiona y supervisa los indicadores de desempeño y cumplimiento asegurando la Licencia para Operar.
- Establecer y mantener un programa eficaz de calidad que permita la mejora de los procesos y servicios que afectan directa o indirectamente a la calidad de los productos.
- Trabajar con otras funciones para desarrollar sistemas proactivos para identificar/ satisfacer las necesidades del cliente y asegurar una pronta resolución de cualquier problema relacionado con la Calidad.
- Responsable de la liberación de los productos para su comercialización asegurando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones hasta el fin de vida útil.
- Desarrollar un grupo de Calidad motivado y competente a través de la selección, entrenamiento, evaluación, desarrollo y planificación de carreras, basado en un análisis exhaustivo de las necesidades.
- Responsable de cumplir con las Políticas, estándares y procedimientos relacionados con la Salud, Seguridad y Medio ambiente.
