The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Bilingual Pricing Analyst you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Maintain Deviated and Standard Pricing process
- Deviated/ Standard Pricing maintenance
- Compile, Organize, and Reconcile Data between multiple systems using Excel, SAP, Sales Force and SharePoint.
- Document and maintain clear procedures and flowcharts.
- Makes suggestions for problem solutions or enhancements.
- Provide accurate and timely status of work progress.
- Helping to resolve pricing-related Processes.
- Report execution and communications with Customer Service, Sales and Marketers.
Your Skills and Expertise
Demonstrate Strong Attention to Detail to ensure accuracy on data reports and processes.
Demonstrated problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills
Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner and to keep track of ongoing pending requests.
Flexible and detail oriented
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Technical degree or higher from an accredited university or the equivalent experience in case of not having the degree.
- Must be Fluent in English (B2+)
- Minimum of 1+year combined experience in finance, analytics, pricing, customer service
- 1+ years of experience with advance excel skills including familiarity with VLOOKUP, macros and pivot tables, also ability to build conditional formulas.
- 1+ years of experience with Power BI, Access, and Automation tools
