**OBJETIVO DE LA POSICION**:
Realizar procesos operativos del área de Customer Service de acuerdo con los estándares de seguridad, calidad y productividad establecidos por la compañía brindado el soporte requerido por el gerente del área y cumpliendo con las leyes, regulaciones y reglamentos establecidos por la Dirección General de Costa Rica según aplica para el Régimen de Zonas Francas.
Procesar los pedidos de los clientes, así como atender sus requerimientos específicos.

Procesar y administrar las Órdenes de Compra de los clientes de acuerdo con los Estándares de Operación y Acuerdos Comerciales establecidos.
Procesar Órdenes de Compra en SAP.
Dar soporte al Área de Exportaciones (compilación de documentos necesarios para la exportación); dar seguimiento a cargas atrasadas en tránsito, reposición de documentación, Certificados de Calidad, Origen, etc.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos corporativos y legales de EHS, mediante el acatamiento de la política y los procedimientos internos.
Así mismo, garantizar el cumplimiento mediante la adopción de estrategias, controles internos comunicación y entrenamientos necesarios.

Mejorar continuamente los resultados de EHS a través del liderazgo, el compromiso y la participación activa en todas las iniciativas relacionadas con EHS

Todas las demás funciones inherentes al cargo y aquellas asignadas por su respectivo supervisor o gerente.
**Educación y Experiência**

Bachiller en Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional.
Experiência de al menos dos años en Servicio al Cliente.
Deseable experiência en logística de transporte.
