**Job Description**:
- Manage the Month End close and Forecast process for EITS (Tech) functions.
- Proactive in building a strong understanding of the area to better manage expectations.
- Provide Management Reporting, commentary, and variance analysis for both EITS and Group wide requirements.
- Co-ordinating and streamlining processes across the EITS Finance team to ensure high quality and on time inputs from the various stakeholders.
- Ensure appropriate financial controls including robust Balance Sheet and Cashflow Management processes.
- Support Strategic Planning, and Budget Season for EITS.
- Drive continuous improvements in forecast accuracy, process efficiencies, and system automations.
- Direct management of employees to support in the above deliverables in a timely and efficient manner, focused on Consolidation and Labor Planning Forecast.
**Qualifications**:
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related bachelor's degree.
- Master's in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, other related Master degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance.
- Strong knowledge and experience managing the month end financial processes including reporting, variance analysis, commentary and reconciliations.
- Experience presenting and partnering with Senior Leader levels.
- Hyperion (SmartView/Essbase) experience as a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to both perform detailed analysis and summarize the findings for senior management consumption.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization
