Role/Responsibilities
- The Associate Financial Analyst role has the responsibility of providing support through all phases of the financial planning and analysis processes and to become a major contributor to our Finance team.
Key Responsibilities:

Support senior members of the team in the execution of financial planning and analysis processes, projects, and ad-hoc requests as required by the Finance organization by adopting the following responsibilities:

- Provide support on the development and rollout of the process optimization & data consistency, identifying key focus areas for management with moderate level of mentorship from direct manager and/or senior team members
- Support manager to work closely with team member requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into standardized process and that test plans serve customer needs
- Build and maintain global templates and models, including the use of macros or BI tools as well as maintain up-to-date record of process documents or flowcharts
- Identify, analyze and troubleshoot issues with team members and users to ensure smooth defect resolution
- Identify, recommend and assist in implementation of standard processes for improvements/ improvements to current processes, drive standardization of activities including the identification of productivity and efficiency
- Partner with cross functional teams in the organization i.e. FP&A, Controllership, Procurement, Account Payable, etc. to cultivate good working relationships
- Chip in to project planning and project status activities, including handling timelines and communicates project

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Statistics or other quantitative field
- Entry-level position, no previous experience required
- Good verbal & written English skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (preferably: Office 365)
- Good analytical decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- English speaking and writing capabilities are a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- Applies knowledge and basic problem solving techniques to define and resolve problems
- Positive demeanor and ability to work as a member of a team
- Develop broad based knowledge of financial instruments, terminology, and related business practices of the FP&A area
- Able to provide basic support to the business planning processes and results
