**Overview**:Asset manager supports Cisco customers in their effort to manage the lifecycle of assets in their networks to mitigate operational and financial risks, optimize total Cost of Ownership and improve the overall customer experience.
**Competencies**: Result-oriented, Analysis, Organized
**Responsibilities**:
- Ability to use reporting tools, download data, analyze data
- Produce reports for Customers, Account Teams, and other stakeholders
- Develop and lead execution of action plan to update Cisco databases with improved IB data
**Requirements**:
- English level B2- 85%
- High School Degree
- Minimum 2 years of overall Customer Service
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel (Basic Formulas, Vlookup, Basic Pivot)
- Excellent communication skills possess a sense of ownership of the assigned customers
- Knowledge of Cisco products and services +
**Salary**: ¢450,000.00 - ¢500,000.00 per month
