Functional Responsibilities
- Develop and manage interactive Power BI dashboards and analyses to measure the results of Key performance indicators and provide insightful information to Finance and Commercial management
- Contribute to MIS budgeting, rolling / quarterly forecasting, and 5-year strategic plan processes, including development and reporting of relevant KPIs
- Build, develop and maintain data models, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
- Identify process commonalities to align similar activities, where possible
- Recommend improvements/enhancements to current processes and reporting
- Participate in special projects as assigned by management
- Support cross-functional initiatives

Scope/Supervision and Interaction
- Makes decisions appropriate for level of responsibility
- Raises concerns to the appropriate level of management and keeps management informed of activities
- Interacts with MIS Business Planning in different countries, Commercial Stakeholders, and business line representatives
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics or Financial Engineering
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant financial experience with planning and analysis processes is preferred
- Proficiency of reading/writing financial models

Key Competencies
- Advanced English in both written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Power BI, including modelling skills and DAX
- Intermediate-Advance knowledge in Python, R or other scripting languages
Ability to prepare complex financial data and deploy financial models and forecasts mechanisms
- Strongly oriented in process improvement and automation
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
- Comfortable with adapting multiple priorities and tide deadlines
