Job Summary:
Auxis' Digital Transformation Practice helps clients achieve back-office and operational excellence by assessing, defining and leading the implementation digital technologies and automation.
_As_ a Digital Transformation Manager, you will lead small to medium-sized consulting engagements and contribute to large sized consulting engagements.
Digital Transformation Managers are responsible for problem-solving, hypothesis-based recommendations, stakeholder communication, and team coordination for the engagement.
Digital Transformation Managers are responsible for leading a team of consultants, while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Digital Transformation Managers own client relationships during engagements to successfully deliver work as well as identify Auxis cross-selling opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ownership of and lead of client engagements end to end with oversight from the Practice Leadership.
- Manage a team of consultants and senior consultants and take responsibility for their personal development, goals, work product and chargeability to engagements.
- Responsible for creation and ownership of high-quality deliverables and outcomes.
- Execute and assist Practice Leadership in client relationship management and business development / proposals / SOWs.
- Lead consultants on business process analyses and deliverables.
- Contribute to the company culture by demonstrating our core values and driving positive client outcomes.
- Devise and manage project plans, manage risk, stakeholder communication using a structured delivery methodology e.g.
waterfall, agile, Kanban etc.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify the best implementation and change plan.
- Devise an approach to break complex and ambiguous problems in a structured manner and delegate them to the team.
- Exhibit proficiency in conducting business-technology assessments, developing well-thought recommendations and roadmaps.
- Conduct UiPath based assessments for automation opportunities and assist in the oversight of automation implementations.
- Conduct analytics focused maturity and gap assessments and devise plans and roadmaps for solving for gaps and eventual implementation of analytics dashboards and supporting tools.
- Experience solving business problems through the use of technology enablers.
- Communicate with poise, impact, empathy, and logic.
- Nurture high-trust relationships with clients and team members.
- Be comfortable with uncertainty and adapt to changing expectations and demands.
- Display intellectual curiosity, develop a leadership style, and create your personal brand.
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
- Curious to develop market research skills, new technology trends, and their business value and impact.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience with a mixture of consulting and industry experience.
- Experience working teams in Agile and Scrum methodologies using industry-standard tools preferred.
- Experience with full-cycle software implementation projects is preferred.
- RPA Automation or UiPath specific experience nice to have
- Experience working with analytics, dashboards, and visualizations, nice to have.
