**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Follow well-documented operational procedures to provision new cloud accounts in AWS, Azure, Google and Oracle clouds as well as other configurations and resources within them.
- Complete all provisioning and support requests within our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Join and actively participate in our daily team calls.
- Assist during troubleshooting of incidents and other support issues reported by users.
- Get familiar with and suggest improvements/features for our automation and internal processes.
- Create new documentation in the form of how-to guides (step-by-step processes) or general knowledge articles.
- Participate in projects and ad-hoc deliverables to meet new business requirements.
- Contribute to vulnerability management efforts (patching) to ensure security risks are addressed in a timely manner.
- Continuously test our cloud server images to ensure they work as expected.
- Complete self-paced virtual training to gain required knowledge to succeed in this role.
**Qualifications**:

- **Requirements**:

- Must have obtained or about to obtain a high school diploma from a technical high school with IT-related studies.
- Show interest in cloud computing and some knowledge on its basic concepts and constructs.
- Knowledge of how computers and internet work and their main components
- Familiarity with at least one programming language.
- Interest in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English with people across multiple countries and cultures.
- Proactiveness, passion and self-learning attitudes
- Great attention to detail and being an advocate of consistency.
- Previous training, experience and/or certifications in following topics are considered a big plus (not a requirement):

- Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloudformation or Azure RM Templates)
- Configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Programming and scripting (Python, Bash, Power Shell)
- Server Operating Systems (Linux, Windows, Unix)
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP)
