**Your Role and Responsibilities**
You will be responsible for the comprehensive payroll process, eg.
carry out payroll reconciliations, guarantee payments to employees and third parties as well as send the GL payroll file to the accounting system.
You will also be the 1st.
Liaising with the local HR team, working with them and resolving any issues that may arise.
You will work with the Accounting team analyzing and resolving open items as well as participating in monthly conference calls and responding to accounting requests, also on income tax and social security legislation, and any other country specific legislation related to payroll.
You will work every day with the partner, especially with the analyst in charge of the payroll process, maintaining fluid communication with them.
You will participate in conference calls and meetings related to changes in local legislation, new payroll payments or any other changes or problems that may arise.
You will have commercial control tasks, for example.
work with the tester on SOX requests, prepare monthly metrics and any other Business Control related requirements.
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
1) Recently graduated from college or studying last year of college in labor relations, accounting or management

2) Advanced english and portuguese

3) Excel Domain

4) Previous experience in salary settlement
