**Services Operations Specialist II**

As a Services Operations Specialist, you will work as part of the Services Operations team and work closely with departmental leaders and stakeholders to support the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the services business.
You will be responsible for supporting the internal systems and logístical operations, as well as the internal business processes required to build and operate a scalable services business.
You will also help coordinate and communicate with other business functions to ensure successful delivery of customer projects.

**You Will**:

- Drive tactical day-to-day operations by providing excellent customer services to internal and external customers; assisting in resolving deal specific requests, and respond to inquiries related to project invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, services, and support teams to create, maintain and finalize sales transactions.
- Provide guidance to services delivery teams and internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery is compliant with contractual terms.
- Optimize the operational systems and tracking infrastructure, by identifying areas of improvement of internal processes, including the Professional Services Automation (PSA) System.
- Maintain prioritization of operational projects and resources.
- Assist with travel and logistics coordination for services delivery teams (Consulting, Solution Services, Training), ensuring travel is in contractual compliance.
**You Have**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in an operations or administrative role..
- Proven ability to drive projects from concept through completion.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).
- Strong qualitative and quantitative mathematical skills.
- Willing to travel on occasion based on customer and business needs.
