The Finance Implementation Project Manager Lead is a role within the Controllers team.
Due to the nature of the Global Ledger Implementation Program with deployments to multiple countries at the same time and the guiding principle of standardization and consistency.
Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.
Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.
Accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business.
Necessitates a degree of responsibility over technical strategy.
Primarily affects a sub-function.
Responsible for handling staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.
There is a strong need for creating, managing, and distributing information.
The information will include standards, guidelines, templates, global solutions, and other applicable documentation that enables the building of a repeatable implementation and deployment approach or "playbook" including the creation of an approach that encourages continuous knowledge sharing.
Develop/review, publish and communicate country program documentation including:

- Configurations
- Design decisions
- Procedures and policies
- Process flows
- Country specific training materials
- Training examples
- Review existing documentation and make suggestions for improvements to promote consistency and standardization
- Identify, inventory and maintain all program documents on SharePoint
- Manage the SharePoint website for storage of all country program documents
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams
- Create Presentations and Report on the progress of the implementation

**Responsibilities**:

- Participates in implementation management for strategic initiatives, technology portfolio budget management in coordination with Global Functions Technology Services (GFTS), project support, as well as communications and policy management across Finance and Risk.
- Assists in managing the end-to-end program tracking, reporting and implementation processes, communications and policies, as well as resource Planning and financial oversight (including staff and technology budgets).
- Contributes to implementation of common data and data standards, common processes and integrated technology platforms
- Enables a foundational reporting infrastructure across Citi businesses and global functions by ensuring consistency within Finance and Risk
- Manages complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas.
- Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions.
Accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses/ geographic regions.
- Regularly interacts with peers within the firm and externally, including regulators and professional organizations.
- Provides advice to internal clients on the implications of business trends, issues, operating environment changes and firm or business unit strategy.
**Qualifications**
- 6+ years of project management experience, with at least 1 finance implementation project to completion
- Complete understanding of standard program documentation for a financial implementation
- Complete understanding of publication and communication practices within SharePoint
- Experience in writing procedures, data and process flows
- Able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands
- Jira, Microsoft tools
- PMP Preferred
- Advance English mandatory
