**Descripción del Trabajo**

Recibir, descargar y procesar las entregas.
Verificar y hacer el seguimiento de las existencias recibidas y llevar a cabo informes y registros sobre estas.
Llenar los formularios de solicitud para las existencias y provisiones.
Notificar al gerente o supervisor de manera oportuna los níveles bajos de existencias.
Trabajar en conjunto con los proveedores para resolver discrepancias entre las facturas y la mercadería recibida realmente.
Solucionar problemas relacionados con las cuestiones de entrega del proveedor y supervisar el proceso de devolución.
Seguir las pautas de seguridad alimentaria y las políticas y los procedimientos de manejo para todos los departamentos o áreas relacionadas con los alimentos.
Inspeccionar las entregas y las fechas para verificar la frescura, limpieza, solidez y calidad de todos los lotes de cajas.
Rechazar los artículos dañados, inaceptables o incorrectos.
Mantener y organizar todas las tarimas recibidas hasta que el producto sea "desarmado", retirado y/o almacenado.
Retirar las tarimas vacías, los cartones y residuos y colocarlos en las áreas de almacenamiento adecuadas.
Asignar las tareas de trabajo y asegurarse de que se realicen de manera correcta y puntual; servir como modelo o mentor departamental.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y los estándares de calidad; identificar, recomendar e idear nuevas formas de aumentar la calidad de la organización.
Informar al gerente los accidentes, las lesiones y las condiciones laborales inseguras; realizar capacitaciones y obtener certificaciones de seguridad.
Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía; mantener la confidencialidad de la información patentada; proteger los bienes de la compañía.
Recibir y reconocer a todos los huéspedes de acuerdo con los estándares de la compañía.
Hablar con los demás utilizando un lenguaje claro y profesional; atender los teléfonos utilizando el protocolo adecuado.
Cultivar y mantener relaciones laborales positivas con los demás.
Estirarse, agacharse, retorcerse, tirar y encorvarse; agarrar, voltear y manipular objetos; subir y bajar escaleras regulares y/o rampas de servicio; mover, levantar o transportar objetos que pesen 50 libras o menos.
Ejecutar otros deberes de trabajo razonables solicitados por supervisors.
