Tener que coordinar personas y procesos para entregar proyectos a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con los resultados deseados alineados a los objetivos._
- Los gerentes de proyecto también actúan como un punto de enlace entre el equipo del proyecto y la alta gerencia.
Debe utilizar herramientas de gestión de proyectos como Microsoft Project para planificar, supervisar e informar regularmente a las partes interesadas sobre el progreso del proyecto._
- Una parte clave de la función de un gerente de proyecto es identificar y mitigar los riesgos que pueden afectar la entrega exitosa de proyectos._
**Responsabilidades**:
- Definir los objetivos del proyecto, el alcance del proyecto, los roles y las responsabilidades.
- Definir los requisitos de recursos y administrar la disponibilidad y asignación de recursos, tanto internos como de terceros.
- Esbozar un presupuesto basado en los requisitos y realizar un seguimiento de los costos para entregar el proyecto dentro del presupuesto.
- Preparar un plan de proyecto detallado para programar hitos, flujos de trabajo y actividades clave del proyecto.
- Gestionar la entrega del proyecto de acuerdo con este plan.
- Seguimiento del proyecto y proporcionar informes periódicos sobre el estado del proyecto al equipo del proyecto y a las partes interesadas clave.
- Administrar y ajustar cualquier cambio en el alcance, cronograma y / o presupuesto del proyecto.
- Identificar y mitigar riesgos potenciales.
- Gestionar la relación y la comunicación con el cliente y todas las partes interesadas, asegurando que el proyecto se entregue a su satisfacción
Calificaciones:
**Educación/titulaciones preferentes**:
- Bachiller o Licenciatura en Administración de negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Recursos Humanos, Psicología.
- Preferible certificación Scrum y/o PMP (PMI)
- Preferible maestría en Gerencia de Proyectos.
