Funciones del Puesto
1.
Buscar nuevas oportunidades de potenciales clientes (prospectos) del sector y atender la cartera asignada.
2.
Cumplir con el objetivo global de ventas para su cartera de clientes y cada línea de negocio.
3.
Trabajar junto al Especialista de Producto para conocer la realidad de sus clientes en cada una de las líneas de negocio.
4.
Aplicar la estrategia de negocio definida por Gerente de negocio y especialistas de producto.
5.
Hacer cotizaciones y ventas a clientes que nos contactan vía telefónica o por otros medios.
6.
Administrar y dar seguimiento de sus cuentas por medio del CRM de la empresa.
7.
Responsable por alimentar el CRM y mantenerlo actualizado.
8.
Realizar prospección de clientes de acuerdo a diferentes bases de datos asignadas y darle seguimiento en conjunto con el KAM cuando sea el caso.
9.
Trabajar en conjunto con el Especialista de Producto en el cierre de negocios de cuentas potenciales de ser requerido.
10.
Coordinar la entrega de cotizaciones a sus clientes en tiempo y forma.
11.
Revisar el plan de ventas trimestral, semestral y anualmente para ver su cumplimiento y logro de objetivos.
12.
Gestionar tareas relacionadas a las acciones comerciales de los KAM Junior.
13.
Actuar con base a los principios éticos de la empresa contemplados en el Código de Ética y Conducta.
14.
Cumplir las políticas, procedimientos y controles del Programa de Compliance.
15.
Cooperar con las investigaciones internas que realice la función de cumplimiento o cualquier órgano externo.
16.
Gestionar los riesgos de corrupción a los que está expuesta su área y puesto.
17.
Participar en las capacitaciones y evaluaciones de compliance.
18.
Fomentar y ser parte de la cultura de cumplimiento organizacional.
19.
Informar cualquier irregularidad de la que tenga conocimiento que violente el programa de compliance de la empresa.
20.
Realizar todas las funciones asignadas por su Superior que aporte al logro de los objetivos organizacionales.
Requisitos del Puesto
Formación Académica:
Licenciatura completa en áreas relacionadas con Ciencias de Salud o Negocios.
Otros Requisitos de Formación:
Paquete de Office.
Idiomas:
Manejo básico del idioma Inglés
Experiência Deseada
Experiência:
Experiência laboral de mínimo tres años como Especialista de producto, Asistente de ventas o puestos similares.
