Buscamos un Customer Success Leader (CSL) para elevar el nível de servicio y experiência que ofrecen nuestros clientes.
Como CSL usará su experiência y destrezas para construir relaciones duraderas con nuestros clientes para lograr comprender sus áreas de oportunidad y necesidades para mejorar sus procesos de ventas y las experiências que le brindan a sus clientes; convirtiéndose en un "back office"
**Requisitos**:
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en gestión de cuentas en una empresa de consultoría o servicios.
- Fuertes habilidades de capacitación y presentación con los clientes.
- Análisis de data (Manejo Excel y Looker Studio)
- Conocimiento y manejo de un CRM
- Inglés avanzado
- Experiência en la creación de contenido relevante y atractivo para los clientes.
