Now we're looking for **Google Workspace Architect**,** you'll be a part of our Global **Costa Rica Team.

**Mission**

Google Workspace Architect is responsible to working with Google BDMs and external parties on building and design solutions with high level of technical skills leveraging a consultative sales approach with Google solutions.
Must have the ability to meet customers face to face to influence the sales with strong technical skills and eventually support in the implementation of the solutions proposed to the customer.
A successful Google Workspace Architect is meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.
You should be analytical, have excellent time management skills, and the ability to find effective solutions to fit with the project's timeline, budget, and objectives.
**Responsibilities**

Design Solutions

Support the Google BDM´s in understanding the customer's needs or problems, from the technical perspective to later design the most appropriate solution.
This solution can be with one or more vendors depending on the complexity of the project.
At this phase, Google Workspace Architect must be responsible to build the effort estimation, diagrams and all necessary materials regarding the solution or the service.
Sustain Solutions & Technical and Commercial Proposals

Once the solution is designed, the architect will have to explain the proposal from the technical perspective if necessary, supporting the commercial team.
This task can be through demos, webinars, or technical workshops.
Implementation & Configuration

Once the customer accepted the solution, eventually Google Workspace Architect can be responsible to deliver the project, demos, or workshop, acting as a leader of the project in case of P2P model, or by shadowing the implementation team.
Stay Updated

Stays updated studying the new technologies and to be certified by key vendors and organizations that provide products to ensure the technical skills needed for performing the position in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the company.
**Requirements**:

- Have more than two years of experience in Google solutions, including Professional Google Workspace Administrator certification as a minimum.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform, including professional certifications is desirable.
- Professional Google Workspace Administrator, Associate Cloud Engineer (Certifications)
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
**Technical Skills**
- Experience working as an IT Architect.
- Knowledge in Google Workspace Console Administration.
- Advanced security management according to different Google Workspace product plans.
- Advanced knowledge of legacy and modern Google Workspace licensing models
- Demonstration of DNS knowledge with Google or other platforms.
- Knowledge in implementation of security schemes according to license types, retention, and identity protection.
- Demonstration of advanced knowledge in hybrid user synchronization schemes from local LDAP sources or hosted in other clouds.
- Experience in deploying solutions such as 2PV, SSO, or hybrid schemes between Google platforms and other compatible clouds.
- Desirable knowledge of integration of Google Workspace products with Google Cloud Platform, management, and control of policies between solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of licenses and their functionalities
- Management of Google sites, Appsheet, and delivery of training on Google Workspace office automation products.
- Managing backups and retention policies with voult
- Advanced management of Windows computers, Chromebook, or mobile devices from the Google Workspace Console
- Good understanding of Cloud principles (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Proficient with IT hybrid infrastructure design including eDraw, LanFlow, and Microsoft Visio.
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems including server modules, cooling systems, memory chips, storages, and processors.
