Resumen:
**¿Cuál es el rol?
**
Liderar el modelo operativo en piso de los proveedores de Televentas, para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales en el segmento SME, mediante la colocación de los productos y soluciones de la empresa, a través de las plataformas de canales telefónicos entrantes/salientes y plataformas digitales.
Adicionalmente, buscar la maximización de canales alternos como canales virtuales que permitan aumentar el volumen de ventas y revenue entrante en productos y soluciones SME B2B.
Finalmente, administración de los distribuidores de televentas, y control de las ventas, facturación, ingresos y churn.
**Responsabilidades**:
**¿Qué vas a hacer?
**
- Liderar en piso del(los) proveedor(es) el equipo comercial de los canales de telesales para el cumplimiento de los indicadores comerciales mensuales del segmento SME.
- Gestionar y administrar, la relación comercial con el o los proveedores de servicios de Call Center, haciendo cumplir todos los acuerdos comerciales y disposiciones legales que establezca el contrato de servicio, y con excelente relacionamiento con los distribuidores.
- Supervisar el desarrollo de las diferentes campañas generadas por la compañía para procesos de venta nueva, cross-selling, up-selling y migraciones.
- Monitorear y hacer cumplir los KPI's asociados a productividad, manejo de bases de datos, rotación, calidad y performance del proveedor de servicios.
- Lograr el cumplimiento de las metas comerciales para los canales de llamada entrante (outbound), llamadas salientes (inbound), web y cualquier otro canal de ventas que se adicione al área de telesales.
- Control y gestión de revenue y churn de la facturación de televentas.
- KPI relacionado a la productividad y actividad de ventas de los distribuidores
- Velar por mantener los indicadores de calidad por medio de escuchas en llamadas entrantes como salientes de forma semanal.
- Mantener un control en los procesos y estándares.
Calificaciones:
**Conocimiento y Experiência**
**PREPARACIÓN ACADÉMICA**
- Estudios en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o carrera afín.
**EXPERIENCIA**
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en puestos de supervisión/coordinación en procesos de ventas por Call Center.
- Experiência comprobada en generación de campañas (Inbound/Outbounds), segmentación de clientes y manejo de personal.
- Experiência en manejo de call center tercerizados.
- Experiência mínima de 1 año en puestos de supervisión/coordinación/entrenamiento en procesos de ventas por Call Center en la industria de Telecomunicaciones/Multinacionales.
**CONOCIMIENTO TÉCNICO**
- Amplio conocimiento de Call Center.
- Amplio conocimiento de televentas.
- Conocimiento de estrategias de ventas en servicios B2B.
- Dominio de Excel avanzado.
- Amplio conocimiento en manejo de bases de datos para campañas de venta.
- Dominio Básico del idioma Inglés
