This role involves working with clients to understand their business goals and developing functional requirements that meet those goals. You will work closely with development teams to deliver solutions and participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release validation.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience working in a technical business analyst or product management capacity, supporting SDLC teams and feature releases. They should be well-versed in authoring business/technical requirements and high-quality user stories, with the ability to analyze, understand, and prioritize business problems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of digital products that meet client needs
- Work with key stakeholders to understand and translate broad business goals into detailed requirements
- Develop user stories and map process flows to support the design and development of software solutions
- Collaborate with client business/technology departments and development teams to develop solutions that meet business requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required
- Consulting firm/industry experience preferred
- 5-10+ years of experience working in a technical business analyst or product management capacity
- Proficient in the use of PM tools like Jira for managing and tracking Scrum projects
- Strong written and oral communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving capability
