**Estos son los objetivos de la posición**:
Asegurar que los procesos financieros y contables sean precisos, eficientes y efectivos, además, que se ejecuten de acuerdo al SOW y SOPs enmarcados en la relación comercial de JLL y el cliente.
Analizar y proponer medidas para que el gasto real se mantenga dentro de una tolerancia +/- 3% del presupuesto aprobado.
Asesorar al equipo de JLL asignado a la cuenta en la búsqueda de eficiencias en los gastos, con poco o ningún impacto negativo en la experiência del ocupante.
Asegurar que los procesos contables de la operación de Facility Management, tanto de Régimen Zona Franca como de Grandes Contribuyentes se apliquen adecuadamente y de acuerdo a la estrategia impositiva del cliente.
Asegurar que las facturas de los proveedores se emitan de forma adecuada, cuenten con pruebas de ejecución apropiada, dar seguimiento para prevenir o reportar cualquier riesgo o impedimento para que se paguen en forma precisa y a tiempo.
Asegurar que el país cumpla los ciclos financieros, dirigidos por Finance Team y del cliente de manera puntual, ética, precisa, eficiente y efectiva

**Estas son las funciones a realizar**:
Procesar órdenes de compra, facturas, good receipts y otros documentos, de acuerdo a las necesidades de la operación.
Asegurar que todos los documentos estén debidamente revisados, aprobados, firmados, distribuidos y archivados.
Verificar datos financieros de proveedores, clientes, contratos, órdenes de compra, facturas, históricos y de otro tipo (por ejemplo, números de identificación fiscal, números de cuenta, montos a pagar, etc.)
Gestar, coordinar y/o monitorear transacciones financieras en coordinación con el Equipo de Finanzas.
Actuar en estrecha conexión con el especialista de Free Trade Zone para asegurar que las facturas recibidas de los proveedores sean procesadas y categorizadas correctamente, según régimen de Zona Franca.
Coordinar la operativa del presupuesto financiero multianual.
Presentarlo para aprobación a tiempo y con alta precisión.
Analizar y realizar propuestas para reducir el costo operativo de facturación (cantidad de facturas tramitadas).
Ingresar datos en los documentos aprobados por JLL y mantener registros actualizados Ayudar con las conciliaciones de cuentas Mantener buena comunicación con el equipo de JLL y el cliente.
Informar el estado de cuentas, análisis, discrepancias y propuestas de solución.
**Medidas claves de rendimiento**:
Información actualizada mensualmente.
Precisión del gasto real vs presupuesto dentro de +/- 3%
Promedio de facturas por proveedor por mes
Precisión en la presentación de documentos (tiempo, contenido y forma) para Account Team (por ejemplo: Sourcing, Finanzas, etc).
