**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**LOCATION: Heredia**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of GBS Finance.
Responsible for ensuring that O2C processes are executed in a timely manner, respecting the environment of controls that encompass the function.
**Reports to**:Team Lead

**Reporting**:Non-Managerial

**Geographic Scope**:Americas

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

Business
- As the responsibilities of the role are in the generation and delivery of reports according to their frequency:
Daily
- Payment Correction (PMA)
- Payment Cancellation
- Reclassification of deposits between REPs
- Reclassification of deposits from Shadow Account to REP
- Reconciliation REPs
- Follow-up of expired cases (+5 days) with the Chief Operations, Executive Managers or Regional Managers
- Control and notification of abuse / Theft
- Notification of unidentified deposits

Monthly
- Reception control shipment Notify Manager of all incidents or issues perform daily.
- Maintains constant communication with other functions and departments related to accounting finance, and end markets.
- It is very important that the job holder in charge of this position has strong negotiating and communication skills as well as high discipline in setting priorities and accomplishing monthly deadlines, targets, and objectives.
Relationship
- Maintain continuous communication with Team Leader, End Market, credit analysts and finance senior analysts to share feedback and developing new and better working ideas and procedures.
- Provide support to every department related with sales administration on any information requirement.
Innovation
- Seek efficiency in the development of the activities carried out daily.
- Be proactive in every action and/or work that is done.
Anticipate problems or define a successful solution.
- Improve processes to provide a more effective customer service.
**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
**
- Do you have B1 English Level?
- Do you have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs?
- Are you detail - oriented?
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 1 year of analyst experience or related.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
- Experience working under pressure.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient English level, verbal, and writing.
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
- Ability to continue under adverse circumstances until the required outcome is reached.
- High Adaptability
- Strong driven for completion and task focused.
- Innovative; pro-active; enhances the quality of processes and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - good; excellent English; excellent analytic capability.
