The T&E Analyst will be responsible to support all UCAN and Costa Rica employees on Amex, Citi and Concur issues, providing them with the best possible service.
The T&E Analyst will be capable to detect, troubleshoot and prevent Concur and/or the Amex and Pcard Program issues related to the Travel and Expense employee activities in compliance with SOX narratives and key controls.
This is a Shared Services role related to standing up the Finance One optimization program

**Essential duties & responsibilities**: (detailed description)
- Reconciliation of Accounts: As per request and as part of the US Past Due /Dunning process.
Sending the notifications and giving the proper follow up.
- Process T&E or other Amex payments (Costa Rica,) for different countries to Amex.
- Terminated Employee Process: Reconciling the cancelled AmEx accounts of terminated employees to ensure balances are zero.
Follow up with managers to accomplish this task.
- Responsible to track and keep the controls of the process
- Support the department on internal projects and other processes as backup of T&E Audits or others
- Ensures all core processes are documented with risk and control points clearly identified
- Ensures proper segregation of duties and delegated authorities are maintained and monitored
- Ensures an efficient and effective system of internal controls to maintain compliance with SOX 404, anti-corruption / anti-bribery laws and regulation, Stryker policies and procedures and any other relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain the relationship with US and card Admins from other regions and provide guidance.
- Process Refund requests for UCAN and Costa Rica.
- Provide reporting to T&E Divisions
- Escalate issues to Senior Management when there is misuse of the Card or Cardholders not in compliance with travel policies

**Education & special trainings**:

- Associates Degree in Accounting, Business or at least two years of equivalent studies towards a College
- Experience with Concur Expense, American Express and Citibank platform and Service Now is a plus
- MS Office Suite
- Fluent spoken and written English.
Any other language is a plus
- Workday and SAP systems knowledge is a big plus Experience in a corporate setting a plus.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Must be detail oriented as well as exhibit strong organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and customer focused with attention to detail.
- Able to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
**Qualifications & experience**:

- 3 years of relevant working experience in a finance function in matrixed international company (preferably American or Multinational company) with complex reporting practices and with exposure to various reporting systems

- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams and multi-task
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to communicate complicated issues effectively
- Demonstrated ability to perform consistently under varying business pressure as well as ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment
- Computer or technical knowledge
- Effective problem-solving skills
