We're looking for a Technical Lead, who can do a good balance between some project management and hard technical skills.
The person should be able to identify whether to put a stop during a meeting or continue presenting a point, motivate its team, and have solid knowledge and skills of architecture and development within but not limited to the Microsoft environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversees all project operations from inception to execution.
- Responsible for maintaining budgets, enforcing deadlines and supervising team members.
- Highly organized and can multitask.
- Creates project plans with relevant team members.
- Supervises team members and ensure that deadlines are followed.
- Prepare progress reports for senior management.
- Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials.
- Oversee the implementation of project improvements.
- Be prepared to get hands-on coding

- A degree in engineering, computer science or a related field.
- 7 years minimum of experience in IT, project management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership abilities.
- Excellent computer literacy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in the English language.
