Here, you'll be supported in progressing – whatever your ambitions.The Senior Solutions Architect - AI will be a key contributor in the ongoing delivery and expansion of AI solutions that help drive informed business decisions.
This role will partner with various BSC functions to identify and design solutions to optimize business processes, while adhering to technical best practices and leveraging agile principles.
The preferred candidate is an individual with strong technical, analytical, communication, process improvement, critical thinking and business partnership skills.
The ideal candidate works best within a team environment, is a self-starter, detailed oriented, is capable of handling multiple projects, and is committed to quickly delivering high-quality services and solutions within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:Meet with business leaders to understand needs and potential opportunities to create AI solution to business problemsPerform feasibility and solution design for all ideas with AI componentsLiaison with IT on technologies required and presenting solutions to Serve as a technical mentor for various AI initiativesPerform risk assessments and privacy impact assessments, while meeting with Legal and Cybersecurity to outline risks and risk mitigation strategyParticipate in sprint planning, sprint sizing and daily standups with the project or product teamEnsure GBS development standards, best practices, and controls are implemented and followed Basic Qualifications:Undergraduate degree required; Computer Science, Computer / Software Engineering, or Data Science degree preferred7+ years of related work experience Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and AzureExperience with AI frameworks & libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learnUnderstanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and AI ModelsStrong programming skills with PythonStrong analytical, technical, critical thinking, data oriented, innovative, and problem-solving skills, and able to understand complex customer needs to help create solution designsExcellent communication skills, especially the ability to articulate technical topics; both verbal and writtenDemonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse teamsAbility to work in a dynamic environment and adhere to tight deadlinesLanguages: Advanced English, additional language skills a plus Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with tools or technology such as Automation Anywhere, Power Platform OCR, and/or Chatbots or other automation or machine learning technologyExperience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA and Agile principles such as story sizing Global experience; exposure to regional and business unit management teams, experience in organizational transformation projects, and/or experience in shared services organizations are a plus  Requisition ID: 602171 As a leader in medical science for more than 40 years, we are committed to solving the challenges that matter most – united by a deep caring for human life.
