We're looking for an IT Business System Architect to support the Enterprise PPM Technology, Planview Adaptivework. As part of our IT team, you will have accountability implementing and optimizing solutions that improve business process efficiencies and effectiveness.
Your key responsibilities will include ensuring proper test strategies are in place and executed, configuring test systems, working with Level 1 and Level 2 support teams to provide comprehensive training, documentation, and support, and enabling super-users to leverage IT systems for business process automation and optimization.
You will also work with cross-functionally teams within Global IT and within the Enterprise Project Management Offices, develop standard enterprise-level PPM reports and dashboards for the organization, and leverage business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, previous Adaptivework (Clarizen) experience, and 8+ years of work experience as a business systems analyst or related IT experience. You should also have great English skills, experience managing enterprise SaaS solutions and external vendors, and be adaptable to changing priorities and direction.
