**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our IT infrastructure projects and drive innovation in the field of structural heart disease and critical care. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of related activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of results.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and operation
    - Strong understanding of data center architecture, virtualization, cloud computing, and security
    - Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy complex IT solutions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT infrastructure projects and ensure timely delivery of results
    - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for equipment and services
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT infrastructure projects and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
    - Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure continuity of business operations during disasters or other disruptions
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers to develop their technical skills and advance their careers
    - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team

**Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, implementation, and operation, with a strong focus on leadership and management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
