You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelez International Business Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
**How you will contribute**
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met.
As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes.
In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelez International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

**More about this role**
**What you need to know about this position**:This is a special project for automation development, working with our work and life department (employee full life cycle), the main objective will process improvement for the functions within the department.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical expertise and ownership of solutions.
- Develop and program enhancements, upgrades and interfaces to support the ongoing requirements of the business and operational excellence initiatives.
- Translate the Busines need into automated solutions and / or Sharepoint based workflows; and provide the appropriate performance analytics and optimization recomendations.
- Design, build, document and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Prototype, Design, Test and Deploy solutions
- Integrate data storage and management solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
- Communicate continually with the client and team lead to explain progress on the development effort.
- Create and maintain automation documentation repository, to ensure all efforts can be easily replicated by other team members and projects.

**Education / Certifications**:Bachelor Degree, with a technology emphasis or equivalent experience
**Job specific requirements**:
- Power Platform (Power automate, Power BI, PowerApps) Intermediate **required **, advance **desired **.
- Excel Advance **required **.
- Visual Basic Intermediate **required **.
- Sharepoint Workflow solutions Intermediate
- Advance **required **.
- 1- 3 years experience developing solutions in different platforms such as the above ones ( **Desired **).
- Previous experience developing automations for shared services companies ( **Desired **)
- Agile methodology certification or experience is **prefferred**:
- English Advance **required **.
