The roleWe are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as:Regional Financial Analyst SoftwareOneScope: Full-time | Office: Costa Rica & Mexico | HybridHow a Every day would look like in this role:As a Regional Financial Analyst, this role is to support the business divisions in operations from financial perspective.
You will be a member sofa high-performing team, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete reporting for both internal and external team members.
This role also involves participation in various finance projects, including system enhancements, operational improvements, and new business initiatives.
Supports the smooth running of finance day-to-day operations as well as month-end and financial year-end closing activities.Support and involves in year end audit and handles all audit related mattersPrepare budget file during budgeting period and supporting to HoffHandles day to day operation enquiries and requests from managers and external partiesPrepare annual company tax for filingLead and give to finance transformation projects, such as system migrations, opera improvements, and new initiatives if anyParticipate in month-end closings, prepare and review statement of financial position.
Resolve and follow-up on open item within balance sheet schedule, adjust on exchange variance, ensure smooth monthly closing of accountsPropose and implement improvements in execution to optimize reporting efficiency and effectivenessRepaired and work on GST Reporting on Quarterly basics.
Also assist & involve on GST ACAP AuditAssist Payable Function, work closely with Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) P2P Team on monthly outgoing payment, review the accuracy of payment listingAccounts Receivable Function, oversees overdue listing and resolving with (FSSC) O2C TeamHandle and submit Royalties/Interest from Loan for WHT payment within IRAS PortalAssist in day-to-day activities and handle ad-hoc matters as needed.
