**BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR AN R2R TRANSACTIONAL FINANCE ANALYST**

**The role is responsible for**

Implementing general ledger accounts reconciliations and follow-up on balancing items.
Performing analysis of balance sheet accounts ensuring accounts are accurate, any suspicious transaction must be investigated and brought up accordingly.

**Geographic Scope**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**What you will be accountable for**:

- Tasks processed within SLA agreed with end markets.
- Important metrics are met, and differences are handled effectively.
- Issues are brought up following the process.
- Processes are adhered to RACM and Internal Controls.
- Achieved a high degree customer satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement initiatives and quantify benefits once implemented.
- Trainings and development plans are reviewed constantly.
- Review performance and people goals twice a year to develop your business and leadership capabilities.
**Essential experience, skills, and knowledge**:
**Experience Required**:

- At least 1 year of experience in R2R processes as General Ledger, Bank Reconciliation & Fixed Assets
- Shared service center experience

**Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required**:

- Medium/Advanced knowledge in transactional platforms (ERP, SAP).
- MS Office
- Coordinate and plan activities by using time efficiently.
- Prioritize and give transparency on the workload each time - any coordination to distribute tasks within the team must be reviewed with your team leader.
- Decision making.
- Communicates fluently and clearly with partners.
- Manage time and identify time constraints to be brought up for resolution.
- Proactive demeanor.
**Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required**:

- Technical Degree in accounting or finance background accounting or business administration
- English - B2
- Intermediate/advanced Portuguese level - B2
