**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**FUNCTION**:Finance

**LOCATION**:Heredia, CR

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**: Team leader.

**Geographic Scope**: United States region.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Participate in business partnering relationships across areas such as Information Data & Technology, Human Resources, Scientific & Regulatory Affairs or Legal & External Affairs
- Support the closing processes for RAI’s overheads
- Track actuals, coordinate with other BAT entities and the Tax department, process recharges and prepare vouchers
- Prepare various monthly reconciliations and trend analyses
- Assist with the performance and documentation of various internal controls
- Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on a timely basis in line with internal SLA's.
- Actively search out areas for process improvement, identify the gaps in efficiency and effectiveness and recommend actions. Provide support to continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain complete and Accuracy operating procedures and support control documentation requirements, participate and/or lead projects or any ad hoc requirement, and development of financial insights, reports, and new way of working for closing activities.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Do you have experience in Budgeting or Planning and Reporting experience?
- Are you Proficient in English?
- Are you skilled with MS Excel?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in a multinational company in FP&A
- University degree (Accounting, Economic of Finance).
- Bilingual (Spanish and English level 95%+)
- Budgeting or Planning and Reporting experience
- Must be flexible and adaptable to work with various levels of employees and leaders (up to and including executives).
- Must have proven ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Power BI knowledge is desirable
- BPC acknowledge is desirable.
- Strong customer focus
