Real estate ISA preferably based in central america to assist a busy residential realtor in the midwest, CST.
Experience with Follow up boss would be excellent.
Prospecting for sellers of residential property primarily approaching people who want to get top dollar for their home.
Setting appointments for getting listings.
Possibly buyers in the future.
Willing to train enthusiastic hard working individual with a track record of longevity, and progress, and good references.
Even better is someone with experience doing telemarketing in the real estate space for someone other than a house flipper.
English language is mandatory, and the more fluent the better.
College education also preferred if possible.
Good internet connection and computer also needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ¢13,000.00 - ¢17,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Colima, Provincia de San José: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
