Requisitos:

- Undergraduate degree in business administration or human resources.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working in a compensation field and at least 3 years as a manager, ideally in an organization working
Across multiple locations in multiple countries.
- Expert knowledge of compensation theory and practice in the implementation of organization-wide pay structures and special pay and
Incentive policies
- Proficient project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an
Environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.
- Proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and communication styles.
- Committed to prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion and embracing transparency and authenticity in daily work life.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with demonstrated decision-making capabilities.

- Experience working and communicating in a remote environment.
- Authorized to work in Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica or US.
Actividades a realizar:

- Exhibit proactive drive and intellectual curiosity to research, streamline processes, assess opportunities, model improvements, and make
proposals to ensure the organizations pay structures, grades, ranges, and practices align with business strategies.
- Analyze positions to ascertain the scope of employee responsibilities and requirements.
- Participate in salary surveys, analyze survey results, and make recommendations relative to benchmarking jobs.
- Lead the annual salary increase circle and update the organization's salary bands in alignment with the market data.
- Partner with managers and supervisors to analyze, document, and evaluate Company jobs.
- Maintain the organizations job description library.
- Provide guidance to management regarding salary changes associated with promotions, demotions, transfers, and relocations, as well as
market and equity adjustments.
- Conduct research on regulatory legislation and identify potential compensatory, operational, and financial impacts.
- various audiences throughout the organization.
- Train Managers on compensation philosophy
- Advise and provide assistance to the Regional HR Managers to identify, evaluate, and resolve compensation issues.
- Create, develop, manage, and sustain productive working relationships with vendors to maximize intended business results.
- Maintain strict levels of confidentiality.
- Design a bonus policy connecting it with the employees performance,
- Analyze and suggest adjustments to the benefits programs.
- Implement a recognition program across Root.
