Lead execution of the HR strategy and key HR processes for GFS, including but not limited to diversity and inclusion initiatives, performance management, talent & succession management, workforce planning, learning & development, people management, talent acquisition (internal & external), compensation & benefits, relocations, employee relations, change management and corporate social responsibility projects.
- Liaison between the cluster´s HR team and GFS to ensure HR policies and procedures are integrated in a consistent way that supports in the objectives.
- Participate in setting and executing initiatives and programs against the strategic direction of the business area.
- As people manager, is responsible for creating and nurturing a high-performance HR team.
- Responsible for driving and promoting organizational culture by creating culture strategies together with HR team and GFS leadership team.
- Liaise with senior management to understand business requirements and tailor specific solutions and provides data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure proper functioning from a HR perspective of the GFS site.
- Point of contact between Global stakeholders, GFS, and the cluster´s HR team.
- Participates in Global GFS HR/Global projects.
- Has oversight the internship Program.
- Report to Enabling HR Functions including attending VP HR Enabling extended staff meetings.
