**BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR AN HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN (PORTUGUESE)**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Intern

**FUNCTION**: Human Resources

**SALARY RANGE**:Subsídio ₵220.000 + Work from home option + Monday to Friday Schedule + Possibility to extend internship

**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of DBS - GBS HR. The role is responsible for maintaining good relationships with the main stakeholders, customer service orientation, orientation towards metrics, service level agreement (SLA), process Accuracy, follow the processes according to the operating procedures. Generating reports, dispatching service support requests, fill out process documentation, provide support to the payroll team and support some payroll projects.

**Employee Admin Intern**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Carrying out high level Data Administration on a day to day basis within HR systems environment.
- Responsible for ensuring master data accuracy.
- Ensuring processes are followed in within the BAT standards.
- Implement master data changes as needed to meet business needs.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of creation and changes to master records to align with audit requirements.
- Ensuring the correct Internal Control process and the respective documentation for audit purpose and procedures.
- Collaboration with team projects.
- Extract data to analyze information.

**Payroll Intern**

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Comply the process important metrics.
- Process documentation.
- Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
- Analyze and handle situations that may arise, on the daily bases.
- Proactive and looking for areas to help and support daily tasks.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Currently studying Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting or related fields.
- Insurance Policy Expedited by INS.
- Active student certificate.
- Intermediated Portuguese level
- English (Basic or Intermediate).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and data manipulation tools, Excel or another database, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork and open to feedback
