**About the Role**:

**Your Area of Focus**:

- Administer and maintain the company's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) with a strong focus on configuration and administration of the core HR system; Workday
- Run reports, build custom reports, and create reporting dashboards through Workday's Business Intelligence (BI) portal; provide reports to People team and departments as needed
- Own survey management by administering our survey tools, developing quality assessments, and analyzing data and to make meaningful recommendations
- Manage all employee benefit plans and programs, including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability & life insurance, COBRA, 401(k), FMLA, workers' compensation, and other health and welfare initiatives
- Support Open Enrollment from start to finish (company wide communication, set up file feeds, etc.)
- Manage all compliance filings including, but not limited to 5500 filings, FSA discrimination testing, annual 401(k) audits, EEO-1, ACA reporting
- Serve as a liaison to the Payroll and IT teams on behalf of the HR Ops team
- Manage our vendor relationships (benefits broker, HRIS account manager, 401(k) administrator, etc.)
- Maintain project plans, documentation, communications for all HRIS related projects
- Own, implement and deliver HR programs and processes to drive efficiencies and enhance the employee experience
- Stay up to date on US HR laws (payroll, benefits, compliance, terminations, leave of absences, etc.)
- Model and reinforce our cultural values.

**Your Professional Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience in benefits administration, data, & enterprise HRIS management
- Strong preference for experience with Workday
- Experience with Excel and an ability to create data driven insights
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new technology.
- Experience with Google Apps and HRIS systems (Workday, Greenhouse, etc.) is a plus.
