**Objetivo**:
Proveer información clave detallada a las audiencias objetivo para maximizar las ventas y el crecimiento sostenido de la participación de mercado de acuerdo a las estrategias de mercadeo. Alcanzar los objetivos de venta y maximizar la participación de mercado de los productos asignados a su territorio.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Incrementar el Market Share sus bricks asignados y país de los productos en promoción de su línea
- Alcanzar el presupuesto anual de ventas para su línea
- Desarrollar el plan de negocios de su territorio para maximizar el número de visitas de su target médico.
- Asegurar una óptima calidad del panel médico a su cargo (Potencial según los parámetros definidos), mediante la revisión sistemática del mismo y actualización oportuna.
- Alcanzar su target de visita (quantity & quality) de acuerdo a los objetivos anuales de ventas.
- Chequear la segmentación médica, manteniendo y actualizando información de los clientes y completando los reportes de visitas.
- Proponer acciones de promoción para incrementar la participación en el mercado y el servicio al cliente.
- Proveer información clave y detallada a su target médico que asegure un incremento en la prescripción de los productos a su cargo
- Proveer y mantener actualizada la información de la competencia (ej. Tácticas y actividades de marketing)
- Coordinar ciclos de visita con colegas del distrito para maximizar la cobertura y el impacto médico.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento con la Política Global de SHE, sus documentos de apoyo y las leyes y regulaciones de los países en los que AZ CAMCAR opera.

**Educación, Calificaciones, Habilidades y Experiência**:

- Grado universitario de Farmacia o Medicina.
- Representante de Ventas con experiência en Industría farmacéutica
- Conocimientos técnicos (productos, productos de los competidores y estrategias)
- Planificación y ejecución del programa de ruta
- Destrezas de negocios (conocimientos prácticos de territorio, etc.)
- Habilidades analíticas y razonamiento lógico (estrategias competitivas, interpretación de estudios clínicos, datos sobre las ventas mensuales vs. presupuesto, etc.)
- Conocimientos tecnológicos (PDA, computador portátil para propósitos de presentaciones)
- Orientado a resultados (constantemente monitorea los resultados)
- Energía para ganarle a la competencia (enfocado en los resultados, con iniciativa, agilidad, decisión)
- Integridad y valor (responsabilidad, proactividad, modela con el ejemplo)
- Personalidad dinámica con excelentes destrezas interpersonales
- Buenas habilidades organizativas
- Buenas destrezas de comunicación
- Flexible y con buen espíritu de equipo
- Candidatos deben estar dispuestos a caminar, subir y bajar escaleras, cargar maletín pesado con material, tener disponibilidad de agenda de acuerdo con la agenda de los médicos y a tener un horario de trabajo variable día a día, así como viajes inesperados, en la noche e inclusive fines de semana
- Ingles básico y licencia de conducir

**Deseable**:

- Preferiblemente con experiência manejando portafolio Respiratorio, cuentas institucionales o productos especializados.
