**Role Responsibilities**
- Managing reporting & analysis projects, including research, design/development, testing, post-implementation review and everything in between.
- Remaining customer-focused by ensuring the customer input is considered in the design phase.
- Measuring and reporting data, including metrics and Key Performance Indicators to help improve our customer experience.
- Communicating between departments and performing other duties to support the wider team will allow you to contribute to responsibilities including strategic project tracking, reporting, and presentations.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field, plus 2 years project management experience, or equivalent.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and writing SQL statements for different database clients (SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle). Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Experience with reporting and ETL tools
- Experiences with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong problem solving, prioritization and conflict resolution.
- Fluent in English language.
