Specialist, Reporting and Analysis – Santa Ana, Costa Rica

Role Responsibilities

  • Overseeing reporting & analysis projects from start to finish, including research, design, testing, and post-implementation review.
  • Prioritizing customer input during the design phase to stay customer-focused.
  • Measuring and reporting data, such as metrics and Key Performance Indicators, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Facilitating communication between departments and assisting the team with various tasks like strategic project tracking, reporting, and presentations.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with at least 2 years of project management experience.
  • Proficient in relational databases and writing SQL statements for various database clients (SQL Server, Snowflake, Oracle) with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Experience with reporting and ETL tools.
  • Proficiency with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize, and resolve conflicts.
  • Fluency in the English language.
