To provide project management services to drive all activities associates to JLL client Return to Office projects, providing superior client service. Position should be capable of working autonomously to fulfill country leadership requirements through a remarkable customer service approach to drive projects and programs to create a WOW user experience.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities includes**:
Provides visibility of opportunities in processes and programs for improvements related to the Return to the office plan.
Teamwork with Compliance to assure the role of asset administrator is fulfilled properly according to regional and local process standards.
Create and develop from simple to complex reporting capabilities including but not limited to: asset movements, assets commissioning and decommissioning, asset accuracy, asset maintenance, inventory safety, minimum and maximums’ stocks as well as MOQs to always ensure supplies availability to fulfill all locations needs timely.
Participates and engages with the teams and with ongoing IFM meetings establishing its’ own Rhythm of Business (ROB) activity as needed and Client’s needs.
Supports all Moves, Addition or Changes (MACs) required to execute an effective and smooth return to the office.
Ensures compliance with Client’s Global programs, processes, policies and procedures. Identify and includes all variations applicable per site.
Develop and deploy missing SOPs
Continuously identifies ways in which service can be improved and value for money enhanced. Develops, seeks approvals, and implements action steps to drive such process improvements and cost reductions.
Benchmarks practices within JLL accounts and proposes improvements if applicable.
Supports execution through effective Change Management activities/process.
Acts in alignment with local CRM Strategy.
Works in coordination with local operations, security and EHS teams to plan and execute.
Drives compliance with all health, safety and environmental requirements.
Supervise and coordinates third parties (moves vendors, General contractors) vendors to ensure project delivery on time, on cost and on quality.
Support third party new hires facilities access set-up and a comprehensive on-boarding process.
Work as One Team with Project’s stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience before, during and after the project execution.
Develop and sustain a high quality well motivated multidisciplinary teams.
Responsible for project scheduling and project decisions based upon owners’ objectives which may include, but is not limited to: site improvements, entitlements, permits, schedule creation and management, contractor selection and supervision, financial management to ensure compliance with assigned budget, on-going status reports.
Develops or assists in developing project budget including hard and soft costs.
Assists in or assembles and manages required teams of consultants and contractors.
Maintains client relationships and may assist in or manages conflict resolution.
Provides appropriate level of supervision to ensure project performance criteria are met.
Develops relationships with consultants/contractors/vendors and evaluate their performance.
Operates independently on activities relevant to project. Defers policy issues and employment related issues to higher management levels.

**Requirements**:
**Academic Background**:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Project Management related fields or equivalent working experience.

**Experience**:
3+ years of working experience managing Move, Addition, Changes and Post Occupancy Projects
**Desirable**: Excel intermediate/advance knowledge is required.

**Skills**:
Strong Leadership abilities to manage people and third party vendors to bring to life CLIENT’ vision for MAC/POP Project Management.
High Customer Service attitude as the ability to provide a practical and innovative service experience to the Client and internal associates.
Working experience of leading a multi-supply partner team to deliver a seamless and integrated service portfolio.
Self-aware and self-motivated results driven individual with strong capabilities to quickly learn and adapt to changing work environments.
Passion for winning and biased toward actions to work as part of a team within a rapidly change, ambiguity and growing business environment.

**Languages**:
Fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus
