5+ years of professional experience as Manager or Team Lead.
- 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification
- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and aptitude for learning additional software tools.
- Bilingual English/Spanish

Global Scaled Services (GSS) at Prime Video is an operationally-driven team of designers, producers, QA specialists and operations managers responsible for creating and delivering high volumes of digital assets. GSS is seeking a QA Manager (L5) to lead the day-to-day administrative and operative tasks. The PV Marketing QA Manager ensures our ads and marketing breakouts meet Amazon’s high bar for customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

- Ability to use data and metrics to measure the performance of design efforts, determine improvements and innovations, and to support project requests from partner teams

- You have previous experience as a manager, involving sizable teams; you’re a natural at motivating others around you.
- You’re a quick thinker, able to act decisively in a fast-paced environment,
- Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Team player with refined and assertive leadership skills and ability to positively influence change through solid rationale, supporting data, and diplomacy
- Bilingual English/Spanish

- Experience in QA related processes
- Familiarity with PMP Methodology
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Stakeholder management.
- Experience in Statistical analysis, either professional experience or through your education.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Experience on video content, online streaming platforms, online business, e-commerce.
- Knowledge of Mac and PC platforms
