You will be responsible for
- Handle all digital efforts and deployments
- Understands the overall customer strategy and is responsible for the acquisition of customers through all digital channels, organic and paid (Search, Display, Social, Programmatic Media Buying etc.). Paid Marketing
- Define the Market digital marketing and media plan (paid, owned, earned), integrated with the Brand & Marketing Plan and Calendar, and inclusive of the Corporate Communications media requirements.
- Responsible for building, managing and engaging with our community through multiple touchpoints: owns CRM planning and execution
- Define Local Digital priorities, targets, budget and contribute to maximize the Market digital potential
- Ensure the effective execution of the local Digital Plan through the Regional Digital Hub (where applicable) or through external agencies / internal staff.
- Leads alignment of acquisition and retention tactics within omni-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring a coordinated plan across all touchpoints omni-channel marketing strategy & optimization of the Digital omni-channel campaigns.
- Connects multiple data sources (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Market Research, Social Listening, etc.) and works with the commercial team in generating actionable data insights and storytelling to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborates with external agencies on defining and executing digital reach and brand awareness campaigns.
- Develops (hires, trains and leads) the digital marketing team, and acts as the center of digital expertise in the market as well as a liaison with the digital teams at the regional and global level.
- Manages ad budget and forecasts, media allocation and return on investment analysis
- Overview the local regulatory changes impacting Digital and adjust the plan accordingly. Run the Digital channel (locally or through the Digital Hubs, where applicable/available), including e-commerce, SEO, paid media, social media and CRM Operations

About you:

- 8+ years of experience planning and executing cross-channel digital strategies within a digital marketing department and/or agency environment
- Demonstrated understanding of paid, earned and owned media
- Proven ability to build engaging digital experiences, utilizing multiple platforms (web and mobile) to deliver compelling brand stories and drive performance across a portfolio of digital tactics
- Strong familiarity with CRM, Loyalty programs and principals of UX
- People management and leadership skills are a must
- Proven ability in handling marketing budget and P&L
