Job summary
Key job responsibilities
- Understand how RPA work through phases of design, development and deployment of RPA solutions using a variety of software tools, design principles and conventions, centered around UiPath as the primary RPA software
- Coordinate with process owners, developers, business stakeholders and other project team members to understand the current state value stream and design the future state automation flow
- Analyze and understand existing processes and facilitate change requirements
- Proposed solution that includes a definition of the user interfaces, functional processes, and data within the proposed system
- Maintain documentation for the RPA solutions, test procedures and scenarios during UAT and production
- Should have working knowledge of ASP.NET MVC using C#, Python and/or HTML, DBMS skills and be able to partner with the Technology team
- Working Knowledge on UiPath Deployment Architecture and Orchestrator. Should be comfortable in conceptualizing and designing As-IS and To-Be design documents
- Integration with additional software solutions such as Abby, Alteryx and AWS services, Soroco
- Familiar with solutions to build durable / scalable architecture using Design Patterns, product prototyping, development, testing, and implementation of.NET based products
- Application modelling skills and knowledge of different recording mechanisms of RPA solutions like object cloning, optical character recognition (OCR), image recognition models

About the team
Payroll Transformation team enables global Payroll operations, support teams and Payroll partner teams in delivering Perfect Pay experience to our customers (employees). We have a team of Program Delivery experts, Project Managers, Change and Portfolio Managers, Lean Six Sigma Black Belts, Business Analysts and Technology experts to enable our customers. We ensure that our customer requests are addressed in time and right methods are used to deliver best in class technology enabled processes. Our aim is to provide sustainable solutions that strengthen payroll growth and deliver a bar raising customer experience.
- Experience in deploying RPA solutions in Finance (especially Payroll) domain
- Experience in programming in VB, knowledge of programming in Java, Python or HTML, DBMS and SQL
- Should have working knowledge of ASP.NET MVC using C#, Python and/or HTML, DBMS skills and be able to partner with the Technology team
- Working Knowledge on UiPath Deployment Architecture and Orchestrator. Should be comfortable in conceptualizing and designing As-IS and To-Be design documents
- Integration with additional software solutions such as Abby, Alteryx and AWS services, Soroco
- Familiar with solutions to build durable / scalable architecture using Design Patterns, product prototyping, development, testing, and implementation of.NET based products
- Good exposure to error handling and recovery strategies in RPA solutions
- Experience in developing and invoking Workflows/ Passing variables to a task/ calling a task or multiple tasks from another task
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP ®) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP®) certified
