**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Participate in weekly cadence with the Selection specialist to understand the hiring demand across BUs and hire types.
- Flexibility to work with different stake holder across Time-zone's.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Ability to analyze reports with data extracted from various ATS tools such as BrassRing.
- Communicate with various stake holders.
- Curiosity & Growth Mindset.
- Fluent in English.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- At least 2 years of experience in HR best practices.
- Expert understanding of Recruitment Funnel Metrics and to develop data and Insights from the same.
- Knowledge of data hygiene in BrassRing. Ability to segregate Incorrect, Duplicate, irrelevant employee records and dispositioning them.
- Proficient and an expert in Microsoft Excel, PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data tables and generating.
