About the Role
**Responsibilities**:
- Measuring and tracking performance against HC targets and providing guidance to the monthly/quarterly hiring forecast.- Creating sourcing channels that are aligned with current and future pipeline needs.- Leveraging market data and insights to have empowered conversations.- Assessing and analyzing pipeline metrics and recruiting process(es) to identify areas of improvement and provide recommended actions.- Driving recruiting campaigns (on-line, events, talent ambassador) in partnership with Talent Brand & Marketing organization- Establishing credibility to earn trust and the credibility to influence.- Leading intake meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders to set expectations, communicate pipeline activity, develop action plans, gauging progress and identifying potential obstacles.- Developing, running and sharing reports and dashboards to hold both hiring teams and recruiting teams accountable for desired results.Como socio principal de adquisición de talentos, se posicionará como experto en la materia, se asociará y colaborará con las empresas y el equipo para contratar a talentos excepcionales, a la vez que impulsará la misión y los valores de Workday. En este puesto, dirigirá los esfuerzos críticos por cumplir con los exigentes objetivos de dotación de personal, los requisitos técnicos, las hojas de ruta complejas, la asociación con varios grupos de pares y gerentes de contratación para aprovechar de manera eficaz el proceso, los programas, la contratación estratégica y la tecnología para impulsar las mejoras y la eficiencia.
Responsabilidades del puesto:
- Medirá y hará un seguimiento de los resultados en relación con los objetivos de personal y brindará orientación para las previsiones de contratación mensuales o trimestrales.- Creará canales de contratación que se ajusten a las necesidades actuales y futuras.- Aprovechará los datos y las perspectivas del mercado para mantener conversaciones eficaces.- Evaluará y analizará las métricas de canalización y los procesos de contratación para identificar las áreas de mejora y recomendar acciones.- Impulsará las campañas de reclutamiento (en línea, eventos, embajador de talentos) en colaboración con la organización Talent Brand & Marketing.- Generará credibilidad para ganarse la confianza y la capacidad de influir.- Dirigirá las reuniones de admisión con los responsables de contratación y otras partes interesadas para establecer expectativas, comunicar la actividad de canalización, desarrollar planes de acción, medir el progreso e identificar posibles obstáculos.- Desarrollará, gestionará y compartirá informes y cuadros de mando para que tanto el equipo de contratación como el de reclutamiento se hagan responsables de alcanzar los resultados deseados.About You
Basic Qualifications- 8+ years' experience recruiting for all levels of an organization.- 5+ years' experience with full life cycle recruiting for a software or technology company.- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
