This position performs advanced administrative responsibilities including preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compilation of information from various sources. This position require the following:
- Advance Customs Studies - Preferred.
- Advance Excel Knowledge (Macros, Power pivot, Power Query).
- Position to work under pressure do to last minute customer request.
- Variable Schedule(to meet business needs).
- Positive attitude.
- Customer service oriented.
- Adaptability to change.
This position perform the following tasks:
- Commercial Invoice - Update commercial invoice to prepare.
- Meetings.
- Discrepancy analysis.
- Report preparation in Excel, Access and PBI.
- Direct Customer Communication with UPS managers.
