**Role Overview**
- Basic understanding of product functionality.
Monitors KPIs (Key Process Performance Indicators).
- Evaluates and recommends new and/or external product technology including existing or needed tooling and processes.
Lead mid-level to large size project guided by a senior ME.
Lead content development, testing, prototype analysis.
- Initiates continuous project improvements and takes ownership for its implementation.
Identifies and analyzes related costs/budgets needed for project expenditures and prepares reports for management.
- Investigates and implements action plans in (FMEA) and root cause analysis.
Performs as core team member on cross functional teams.
Collaborates with external entities for product/material/process improvement.
May support specific steps on the review of product technology including existing or needed tooling and processes.
Identifies opportunities to make processes safety, reproducibility, flexible and simple.
- Leads and Performs CAPA/NCRs and the implementation of CAPA/NCR actions.
- Wide-ranging experience; uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
Provides guidance and training to production operators and technicians during the implementation process.
- Understand and Collaborate in DFMA (Design for Manufacturability and Assembly) projects.
- Technical experience and knowledge in other related disciplines like programming languages, operation systems, data analysis.
**Responsibilities**
- Provides first line engineering support to ensure production
- Initiates production escalations, executes problem solving related to

Manufacturing processes, tools and equipment
- Prepares, plans and executes Capex projects for repeat equipment
- Obtains and installs repeat equipment at site
- Implements LCM design changes in their site
- Accountable for integrity of Master data
- Identifies and executes improvements in manufacturing processes, tools and

equipment.
This for quality and efficiency improvements
- Applies lean manufacturing principles
- Supports and applies new technologies in factories
- Employs equipment, practices, and procedures which promote a healthy,

safe, and secure work environment
- Executes the processes and standards with embedded quality into the way of

working including adherence to compliance with safety, Cost regulatory
- and

environmental requirements as well as local laws, Philips General Business

principles and other policies
- Defines, executes and controls validation activities in LCM.
- Performs technical analysis and participates in feasibility studies.
- Driving current state and future state roadmap factory/VSM.
- Operations involvement in PDLM by providing input into manufacturing

requirements and gate reviews
- Responsible for the performance of processes, tools and equipment after

project hand-over is completed (catching)
- Provides expert support in outsourced product industrialization and change

Implementation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor engineering education in process required or graduated
- Analytical
- Intermediate English level
- Medical Industry experience
- Basic statistical education is required
- Knowledge on Advanced Microsoft Office
- Knowledge on Minitab statistical analysis
- Simulation Knowledge
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
- **Turno Administrativo**

**Preferences**

Green Belt desirable

Minitab or equivalent
